Fundraiser - November 2006

A HATS quiz night was the place to be in Hampton on Friday 24th November for our latest fundraiser.

Two teams named 'Dance Kontrol' and 'The Team Not Called Dance Control' battled it out with general knowledge questions, the winning team awarded a bottle of bubbly.

We also played a music quiz, during which the true brains in Hampton were revealed!! Thanks to Dale and Lynda for their hospitality. Click here for more photos

Total amount we raised: £85

Fundraiser - July 2006

A Pirates Of The Caribbean themed barbeque was held on Friday 21st July at Capt'n Argus Leadhead's ship (alias Kev, our stage manager - ARRR).

Along with plenty of grog and a feast fit for rowdy buccaneers, there was a treasure hunt around Hampton Vale - the winning team being... 'The Winners'! Best costume went to Julie, although she was lucky not to have walked the plank, and Lazy Eye Ozzy (Lewis) won the conga game which was organised by Fineglin' Cynthia Cooke (Sarah).

We also had a pirate quiz, and a limbo dancing competition won by Romana Mast Hugger (Tara). Calypso beats and sea shanties kept the party swinging for the shipmates until the early hours. Photos and video here

Total amount we raised: £131

Fundraiser - June 2006

The HATS crew and their families gathered together on Tues 20th June 2006 to watch England play Sweden for a World Cup football fundraiser.

The £5 entry included glass of wine or beer and nibbles, and a sweepstake was held with half the money going to the person who was lucky enough to choose the first goal-scorer - well done, Calli! Lots of noise was made by all as we watched the 2-2 draw.

Total amount we raised: £40

Celebration - May 2006

A post-show celebration meal was held at Maharani's Restaurant, Hargate Way, Hampton Hargate, on Tuesday 23rd May, attended by 15 HATS members.
