Membership
HATS
members are a very friendly bunch! We came
together with a common interest of wanting to
learn to act and to meet like-minded people
from the surrounding-area, and are now firm
friends. New members have found it easy to
fit in and we will always make you feel very
welcome.
Requirements:
If you are over the age of 16 and would like
to experience some fun, friendship and learn
theatre skills, you may attend the first
rehearsal free of charge so that you can
decide whether HATS is for you. You don't
need to be able to act, just have a
willingness for fun. If you'd prefer not to
perform on-stage we also welcome people who
would like to help backstage or
front-of-house.
| Fees:
If you choose to become a Member you
will be asked to pay a £10 annual
membership fee and £3 weekly subs,
to cover production and rehearsal
venue costs. No individual makes a
profit, all monies are ploughed back
into the society. You will receive a

As a Member of HATS you will be invited to
our monthly fundraising social events, which
are known to be extremely memorable
occasions! (See Events page for
further details) We also try to publicise the
society as much as possible, so you may well
feature in the local newspaper, too!
