Successful Weekend for HATS Oct 2007

It was a sell-out for HATS during the weekend of 29-30 September when we finally performed 'Playing Away' to an audience of 400 people. By all accounts the play was very well received and we were congratulated by many who were impressed by everything from our set to the fantastic acting on display, and to show their appreciation the audience roared with laughter throughout.

Sunday 30th was attended by Marion Todd Mayor of Peterborough, pictured above, who told the Peterborough Evening Telegraph: "It was excellent, a really good comedy. I thoroughly enjoyed the play, and it was very professional, and well thought out. It is nice to see things like an amateur theatre society running in Hampton".
